With the summer having started early this year on Mallorca, it’s time for dining outdoors! The lovely weather and refreshing breeze on warm summer nights, call for outside gatherings in a beautiful setting. As we know very well at Bolsita Verde that organising a get-together can turn into quite a logistical challenge sometimes, we’ve come up with a solution to make these gatherings stress-free and even more special. We’re proud to introduce our new barbecue and picnic boxes that include all ingredients to have a lovely time outdoors.

So, what’s inside a barbecue and picnic box? Our chef has created three differently themed barbecue boxes and two picnic boxes to choose from. They all include dishes that are carefully selected to suit anyone’s taste and preference. All barbecue boxes contain the ingredients and recipes for 4 dishes, a starter, main course, side dish and dessert. The boxes are themed according to different world kitchens, offering a box inspired by the European, South American and Thai cuisine. Easy to follow instructions and portioned ingredients allow for stress-free cooking – or grilling in this case! Have all the mise en place done before your guests arrive and finish the dishes on the barbecue while enjoying the beautiful weather and a cold drink.

For the people that love to enjoy a meal in a more remote location, we offer two picnic boxes to choose from. We have the Light & Green variant and the Fresh & Veggie, each containing a lovely selection of fresh plant-based dishes that can easily be taken along in the picnic bag to any desired location. Whether you want to watch the sun dip down the horizon on the beautiful West coast of the island or take it on your hike into the mountains or to the beach after work, the picnic box will for sure make your little trip more memorable. With all the prep work being done at home already, you can simply unpack your picnic bag and enjoy the moment.
